Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor entry points verify badges and visitor access conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service and this role you will help support a secure environment through visible presence strong attention to detail and a caring team-oriented approach grounded in integrity reliability and innovation.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and/or credentials authorize access for approved personnel and maintain visitor and delivery logs in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document security-related events through detailed reports and communication with site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business perimeter and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Support screening and checkpoint activities for people vehicles and/or materials entering or leaving the location following established procedures and reporting concerns to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
