Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures badging requirements and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entrances exits gates and credential checkpoints to help regulate authorized access to the property including screening visitors verifying identification and documenting arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter observing for unusual conditions access control issues and security-related concerns in industrial and chemical processing areas.
• Prepare clear reports on daily activities incidents and access-related events and communicate relevant information with site contacts Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
