Must Have a Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Certified Law Enforcement Officer Civilian OR Military will Qualify or 2 Years Experience in Corrections.

Must be Provided of State Certifications of Police Academy or Corrections Academy Retired or Active.

As a Security Officer Arrestee Transportin Largo FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a government location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with supervisors local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry checking identification credentials vehicles and/or deliveries in accordance with post orders and applicable regulations.
• Support investigations and daily operations by preparing clear reports preserving incident details and following directions related to government facility protocols public interaction and/or restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess 2 or more years of law enforcement military or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
