As a Security Officer Armed Security Patrol in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this armed post you will support daily operations with agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and support controlled entry procedures for employees contractors deliveries and guests.
• Assist with incident response medical calls and/or evacuation support and maintain readiness to follow post orders and authorized use-of-force guidelines when assigned to an armed role.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
