Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. Drive patrol routes conduct routine inspections maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public at a government revenue collection location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas public service counters parking areas entrances and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify authorization as required and report unusual conditions suspicious behavior and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports maintain required activity logs and document incidents patrol findings and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
