As a Security Officer Armed Incident Response in Naples FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a government location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to government property verify credentials as directed and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting assistance from emergency services and/or law enforcement when appropriate.
• Prepare clear accurate reports regarding patrol activities incidents observations and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a DD214 with an honorable discharge an associate degree 60 college credits a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
