As a Security Officer Armed Driver with Active Clearance in CAMDEN AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a defense industry location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings restricted areas parking areas and perimeter locations helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials authorizations and deliveries in accordance with site protocols for controlled aerospace and defense operations.
• Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and public emergency personnel when needed while maintaining awareness of post orders use of force guidelines and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
