Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances medical emergencies and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating clearly with staff first responders and/or local law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings parking areas entry points and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points verify credentials where required and report security-related concerns hazards and/or unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents observations and/or daily activities and support post orders de-escalation efforts and customer care expectations during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
