As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Alarm Panel Operator in Philadelphia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants visitors contractors and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors exterior grounds parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical situations and other critical events in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Document daily activities patrol observations incidents and communications accurately and maintain professional interactions with all individuals at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
