Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (1 years)
• 1 years of Security Experience
• 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check physical and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors passengers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public areas parking locations and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit activity at designated areas verify authorized access when required and assist with directing people according to location protocols and/or operational needs.
• Support public-facing operations by answering questions providing directions and communicating professionally with travelers employees contractors and government personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
