As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Council Bluffs IA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors provide strong customer service and support daily operations with clear communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production warehouse exterior and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures and report access control issues or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining detailed activity logs communicating clearly with site personnel and following post orders for unarmed patrol coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
