As a Security Officer - Access Screening in San Antonio TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location where you will monitor access points verify badges and visitor credentials and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through professional customer service clear communication and routine observations while reflecting our agile reliable innovative culture and our commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures monitoring access points and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.
• Verify credentials manage visitor entry and exit activity and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive access control practices.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property common areas parking areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities access-related events and incident details while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
