As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Services in Naperville IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. As a Patrol Officer at a dynamic hospitality and entertainment location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents support access control and deliver exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas entrances parking areas perimeter locations and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the entertainment and hospitality location reporting suspicious conditions hazards and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear accurate reports of incidents patrol activities and unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
