As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Assistance in Boston MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier retail location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents support access control and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients guests and team members by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location including customer areas entrances loading areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions maintenance concerns and security-related incidents according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
