As a Security Officer Communications Watch in Newark DE you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic financial institution this role you will monitor activity coordinate incident response manage communications and help to keep operations running smoothly through strong teamwork reliability and integrity. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor communication systems receive and document calls for service and dispatch security-related personnel to routine incidents urgent situations and service requests in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate activity logs incident records and dispatch reports sharing timely updates with site contacts supervisors and/or responding personnel as needed.
• Observe cameras alarms and other monitoring systems to help identify unusual activity support timely response efforts and communicate relevant information according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned noting conditions that may require follow-up and reporting concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have three or more years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
