As our Security Dispatcher you will help in maintaining the safety and security of the hospital premises and its occupants. You will be responsible for dispatching Security Facilities and Environmental Service requests as designated and providing project coordination as required.
Every day you will be responsible for managing communications data and dispatches for various hospital services ensuring smooth operations and high quality customer service.
To be successful in this role you must perform daily tasks effectively and contribute significantly to the smooth and safe operation of the hospital.
- Assess complex situations consults with appropriate parties and makes decisions in a timely manner
- Generates data reporting Identifies trends discrepancies and errors for analysis. Maintains spreadsheets databases and files to track and maintain information
- Daily operations and activities. Organizes and maintains records and files. Scans documents ID cards and required forms
- Customer service. Collaborates with others to acquire information and materials. Researches and resolves issues for customers
- Maintains accurate department records ensures files are complete prior to employee starting
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience
