Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor the effectiveness of ABC programs.
- Conduct research and write content for the SECURED newsletter guidance pages and other written communications translating complex and technical information into easily understandable terms.
- Lead the end-to-end production of custom microlearning materials and phishing simulations fostering secure behaviors.
- Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond Articulate or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4 Workday Learning and Canvas.
- Provide customer support quickly assessing and addressing customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Lead teams and manage initiatives.
- Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

- SANS Security Awareness Professional Certification or equivalent.
- Ability to draw on existing resources to solve novel problems.
