Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

• 20 Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check drug screen and physical exam

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors travelers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public agency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public access areas parking locations and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas observe pedestrian and vehicle activity and report security-related concerns hazards and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support order at a government transportation location by assisting with directions answering general questions and documenting daily activities incidents and/or observations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
