Section Leader Percussion

• Provide leadership direction and pastoral care to a designated instrument section fostering unity accountability and growth.
• Serve faithfully as a musician during worship services rehearsals and special ministry events modeling excellence and consistency.
• Ensure all section members are musically prepared spiritually aligned and equipped to execute services with excellence.
• Assist in rehearsals by helping refine arrangements dynamics transitions and overall band cohesion.
• Collaborate closely with worship leaders music directors and production teams to support the overall vision and flow of each service.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with section members regarding schedules expectations and updates.
• Participate in local and international travel as required for ministry events conferences and outreaches.
• Attend and actively engage in quarterly leadership development and pastoral care training.
• Disciple and mentor team members by encouraging spiritual growth character development and a heart for serving.
• Arrive fully prepared and on time for all rehearsals services production calls and recording sessions for New Wine.
• Support recording projects by executing parts with excellence and professionalism in studio environments.
• Weekly and monthly maintenance of instruments and equipment.

• Strong proficiency in designated instrument with consistent live performance experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred or required based on ministry needs).
• Proven ability to lead teams with humility clarity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity integrity and alignment with the ministrys vision and values.
• Teachable dependable and committed to continual growth both musically and spiritually.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic high-capacity ministry environments.
  
  

• Commitment to and agreement with KJMs vision values and spiritual beliefs.
• Have a call of God on their life to ministry as recognized by KJM.
• Considered a spiritual leader at KJM.
• Have the ability to clearly communicate KJM spiritual beliefs and mission to the congregation.
• Maintain a lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures.
• Must operate in the five-fold ministry gifts listed in Ephesians 4:11
• Must meet other spiritual qualifications for Ephesians as determined by the Church from time to time and as guided by Scripture.
