• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

Secondary LSA - What the School is Looking For

The ideal Secondary LSA will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued whether gained through schools tutoring mentoring youth work or similar settings. The school is looking for a proactive compassionate and committed Secondary LSA with excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people.

Secondary LSA - Salary and Contract Info

• 460 per week pro rata to term time only
• Full-time long-term contract (September 2026 - July 2027) term-time only
• Potential for future teacher training or an extended contract following a successful placement
