Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Culinary Training Preferred
Experience
2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment. Preferred
General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers convection ovens deck ovens tilting skillet deep fat fryers steamers steam kettles mixers meat grinders and food choppers. Preferred
Licenses
ServSafe Certification Preferred
