Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment managing a diverse portfolio of small to middle-market accounts across all lines and coverages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance exceptional client service skills and a proactive approach to account management.

• Salary Range: $90000 - $100000 annually

• Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial accounts ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Handle daily client service tasks including renewals and policy management.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Account Manager for marketing efforts with some desk marketing responsibilities.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes for new and renewal business.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients carriers and internal team members.
• Support the team lead and contribute to the overall success of the department.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
