J&M Management Services is hiring a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a team on the CMS Eligibility Support contract in Lawton OK from December 1 2026 through March 31 2027. This is a fast-paced high-accountability role for someone who already knows what it takes to run a team on a federal contract and who doesnt need a training manual to get there.

Youll supervise 10-40 employees performing work tied to the Affordable Care Act keep the team on schedule and on mission coach performance issues before they become problems and represent J&Ms interests with professionalism when it matters most. If youve worked a CMS site before you already know the pace the stakes and the expectations we want someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

What were looking for:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience on a CMS or similar federal contract is a major plus
- Strong communication skills and the judgment to make good calls under pressure
- Availability onsite in Lawton OK for the full assignment period
