We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. We are seeking fun people who are knowledgeable about our productsor have an extreme curiosity to learncan contribute to sales goals by creating great customer experiences and can help maintain a visually compelling store.

• Greet customers answer questions build customer confidence and recommend products based on their needs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store.
• Restock products and help maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Develop strong knowledge of the product lines carried by the store and confidently answer customer questions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidance on product selection usage care and maintenance.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while assisting customers efficiently.
• Follow all company policies procedures safety standards and loss-prevention requirements.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in sales customer service or retail is required.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.
• Ability to multitask respond to competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for or knowledge of pop culture games toys collectibles and board games is preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
