Werecurrently looking for a receptionist who will be the welcoming voice and face of our agency. Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and visitors in person and by phone with professionalism warmth and care.

• Assistwith gathering client information and scheduling appointments for Licensed Client Advocates.

• Send client communications including appointment reminders birthday cards and newsletters.

• Process applications and documents for new and renewing clients via scanning fax and digital input.

• Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve questions or issues.

• Support seminarlogistics marketing material distribution and community event planning.

• Helpmaintainoffice equipment and supplies to keep daily operations running seamlessly.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Provideadditionalsupport during our busiest season the Annual Open Enrollment period (OctoberDecember).

• Participate in occasional community and networking events outside of regular hours.

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience (insurance or healthcare experience is a plus).

• Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.

• A proactive team-oriented and client-first mindset.

• A valid Montana Drivers License and auto insurance.

Job Type: Temp with the possibility of permanent based on company growth.
