Seasonal Parking Ambassador

Were looking for a friendly reliable Customer Service / Seasonal Ambassador to support guests at the One Paseo Retail Center in Carmel Valley.
This role combines customer engagement with light enforcement and general assistance throughout the property.

During the holiday season the ambassador will be stationed at a branded stand (located near Sephora / Caminito Court) providing a welcoming presence for shoppers.

Schedule:

Temporary Seasonal Role (through January) (2 positions):

1 Full Time Mon through Sunday (Negotiable) 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and

1 Part TimeMon through Sunday (Negotiable) 10:30 am to 7:00 pm

Must be available on weekends.

Compensation:

$19.50 - $20 per hour depending on experience and schedule flexibility. Hours will be accurately reported by utilizing the time-tracking system. Payroll is bi-weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance.
• Hand out maps and offer directions to stores or amenities.
• Help deter shoplifting through visibility and situational awareness.
• Enforce parking rules and regulations as directed using a company mobile device for citations.
• Assist customers at parking kiosks or with Premium Parking registration as needed.
• Report parking equipment or safety issues to management promptly.
• Perform light cleaning or organizational duties as directed.
• Collaborate with the onsite Project Manager to support smooth daily operations.
• Be flexible proactive and ready to assist wherever needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

• Drivers License (Required)
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego CA 92130
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly professional demeanor and positive attitude

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service hospitality retail or parking operations
• Ability to start immediately and work through the holiday season
