Starting Rate: $20/hour. Earn additional $2-$6/hour beyond the base wage for meeting or exceeding goals with our performance based incentive program!Base Hours: Temporary position August - end of December. 1st shift days 8:30pm-4:30pm overtime as needed. Location:675 Brighton Beach Rd Menasha WI 54952As our Forklift Hoist Operator you will:Operate a picker forklift and a walkie riderPick product from warehouse height racks by hand and machine to support the assembly and fulfillment departmentAssist with replenishment and putawaysLoad and unload trucksUse a hand scanner and computer systemsWork with inventory and doing countsNo experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shiftQualifications:Comfortable with heights up to 30 feetPrior forklift/hoist experience preferred
