Seasonal Customer Service Representative

• Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone live chat and email.
• Provide product knowledge technical assistance and troubleshooting support.
• Process orders for grill parts and accessories with accuracy.
• Offer product recommendations and grilling tips to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Stay updated on product models features and best practices.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience handling email inquiries live chat communication and escalated customer claims.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure and handle difficult interactions.
• Detail-oriented organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and assemble grill components.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word & Outlook) preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish-English or French-English is a plus.
