Seasonal Color Crew Member

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled motivated and hard-working Crew Members to join our seasonal color and flower installation team. If you take pride in quality work enjoy working outdoors and want to grow with a top-tier landscaping company we want to hear from you!

• Install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties
• Perform planting mulching bed preparation and cleanup
• Assist with loading and unloading plants materials and equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Help maintain clean and professional job sites
• Occasionally assist with landscape enhancements or maintenance projects

• 12 years of landscape or planting experience preferred (well train the right person)
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers trimmers etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid drivers license is a plus

This role requires physical stamina including frequent walking bending lifting and handling materials. Youll be active and outdoors every day.
