Season43 Stage Manager

About Us: Milagro is the only professional Latino theater in the state of Oregon dedicated to bringing original new works by Latino playwrights to our audiences. With a 121-seat theater and a fully-equipped scene shop we create an immersive experience for both our patrons and the artists we work with. Our upcoming Season43: Pasando El Testigo promises to be a stunning year with several bilingual productions and we are seeking a Bilingual Stage Manager to help bring these productions to life.

Job Description: As a Stage Manager with Milagro you will play a crucial role in the realization of our productions. You will work closely with our Production Team to transform our vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• scheduling and running rehearsals.
• communicating the directors wishes to designers and crafts people.
• coordinating the work of the stage crew.
• calling cues running light/sound during performance.
• overseeing the entire show each time it is performed.
• all other stage manager duties

Qualifications:

• prior successful experience as a stage manager
• ability to work in a team and take direction from the Production Team.
• attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• flexibility to work within the provided schedule including evenings and weekends.
