What Youll Do

Youll help build relationships that create opportunities for both candidates and clients.

A typical day may include:

• Connecting with executive-level candidates by phone email and LinkedIn

• Qualifying candidates and scheduling meetings for senior recruiters

• Researching target companies and uncovering new business opportunities

• Supporting executive search projects from initial outreach through interview coordination

• Managing recruiting activity using CRM and recruiting technology

• Collaborating with experienced recruiters to develop recruiting and business development strategies

Unlike many SDR roles youll work from carefully researched candidate and prospect lists allowing you to focus on quality conversations instead of high-volume cold calling.

• Professional presence when interacting with executives

• A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Candidates with 5 years of relevant professional experience are encouraged to apply

Preferred

• Experience as an SDR BDR recruiter or staffing professional

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo CRM platforms or recruiting software
