SDR Director
Job Summary
Our Sales Directors at Weave play a pivotal role in leading a team of SDRs to drive revenue growth and help cultivate and shape the future of Weave.
This position will be in office at our Lehi HQ location.
Reports to: Head of Sales Development
What You Will Own
Lead a team of SDRS
Help implement processes and structures that maximize sets completes and ultimate revenue.
SLA Accountability
Consistently coach and develop the SDRS to reach and exceed goals
Collaborate with AE leadership Rev Ops
Use Salesforce to monitor sales funnels projects and give accurate projections
Effectively recruit interview train and onboard new SDRS
Understand and internalize Weaves mission and vision and translate them into a SDR strategy
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share SDR progress identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
2 years of sales leadership experience
Strong performance on performance metrics within your sales experience
Passion for providing leadership & coaching
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills solution oriented mindset
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Salesforce Google and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
What Will Make Us Love You
Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or related field OR
2 Years SAAS sales manager experience or equivalent
