Job Description:
Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning standups reviews retrospectives backlog refinement and blocker removal.
Salesforce platform delivery experience including Health Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud projects.
Operated in fast-paced implementation not just O&M.
Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
Experience working with product owners business analysts developers admins QA and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
Understanding of Salesforce release cycles configuration customization integrations and deployment processes.
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to track sprint metrics velocity risks dependencies and delivery progress.
Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence Zephyr or Salesforce DevOps tools.
Scrum Master certification preferred such as CSM PSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
Salesforce configuration or admin capabilities are a huge plus.
