Scrum Master

Job Description:

Our client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams
• Drive sprint planning backlog refinement standups retrospectives and release coordination
• Partner with Product Owners Engineering and Architecture teams on roadmap execution
• Manage RAID logs delivery risks dependencies and escalation activities
• Support SDLC release management and enterprise governance processes
• Deliver executive-level status reporting KPIs and program updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product business and technology stakeholders

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum SAFe and SDLC methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies risks and governance activities
• Experience with Jira Confluence and Agile reporting tools
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
