Job Summary
Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the internal engineering team: planning stand-ups refinement reviews and retrospectives.
Coordinate cadence and rituals across the internal team vendor engineering team and product.
Maintain and groom the backlog in partnership with product management and engineering leadership.
Track velocity throughput and team health metrics; surface trends to engineering leadership.
Remove blockers and escalate dependencies the team cannot resolve on its own.
Coach the team on agile practices continuous improvement and effective retrospectives.
Support release coordination and QA readiness checkpoints.
Five or more years as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or technical project manager on software product teams.
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification preferred.
Experience facilitating across internal and vendor or contractor teams.
Strong written communication and meeting facilitation.
Bias toward simple low-overhead process that supports the team rather than burdens it.
Background in a startup early-stage or entrepreneurial environment.
Track record of using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate your work.

For this role the anticipated base salary range is $110000$140000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employees overall contribution to the organization.
