Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) under the SCOPES (Southern Command Operations Planning and Engagement Support) contract. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain enterprise-level business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies in support of the Commands mission objectives. This position requires a self-motivated professional with experience working in aDepartment of Defense (DoD) environment and the ability to collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to deliver secure scalable and mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will work on a SharePoint development team to design develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate and SharePoint Online in support of USSOUTHCOM mission requirements. The candidate will be responsible for planning building configuring and maintaining solutions to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will engage with stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally the candidate will need to develop technical documentation including design documents user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and support user training and adoption developed solutions across the Command.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and specialized experience such as an Associate degree with 11 years of experience or more than 15 years of recent specialized experience will also be considered.
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clearance and contract requirements
- On-site at USSOUTHCOM Headquarters Doral Florida
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams OneDrive and other applications
- Design develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate and SharePoint Online
- Build configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites libraries lists and pages in support of USSOUTHCOM mission requirements
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain Power Apps applications to empower end users with intuitive low-code solutions that improve day-to-day operational efficiency
- Knowledge of permissions management security configurations and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs REST APIs JSON and OData for data and system integrations
- Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure all solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity policies and USSOUTHCOM IT governance while implementing best practices
- Develop and deliver technical documentation including design documents user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Desired:
- Understanding ofMicrosoft Dataverseincluding table design relationships and security roles
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and integration with Power Platform solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide leadership with actionable insights
- Experience developing custom web parts and extensions with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) in SharePoint Online
- Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions Logic Apps and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Power Pages for external-facing portal development
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
