Duration - 12 months with possible extension

We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Data Associates to support a product data refresh initiative within the Reagent Product Management team.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on flow cytometry experience and independent flow cytometry data analysis skills including the ability to interpret dot plots and histograms evaluate data quality apply gating strategies and prepare accurate customer-facing figures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze flow cytometry data for customer-facing technical materials.
  • Interpret dot plots histograms staining patterns and flow cytometry results.
  • Independently identify data-quality issues inconsistencies and missing information.
  • Apply appropriate gating strategies and maintain consistent plot formatting.
  • Prepare accurate technical/product figures.
  • Write and update concise figure descriptions based on experimental data.
  • Follow established SOPs templates naming conventions and formatting standards.
  • Enter and maintain technical information in internal product-data systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation project trackers record status and review items.
  • Work with Product Management R&D Technical and Quality teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality consistency and workflow efficiency.
Required Technical Skills

MUST HAVE:

  • Hands-on Flow Cytometry experience.
  • Independent flow cytometry data analysis experience.
  • Ability to interpret dot plots and histograms.
  • Experience with gating and plot formatting.
  • Experience with at least one:
    • FlowJo
    • BD FACSDiva
    • FCS Express
    • Equivalent flow cytometry analysis software.
  • Ability to recognize data-quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience maintaining large data trackers.
  • Ability to follow SOPs templates naming conventions and quality requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
