ScienceLogic SME
- Configure and optimize ScienceLogic monitoring for VMware VCF vCenter wireless controllers and access points.
- Implement client-defined monitoring policies thresholds and alerting standards.
- Develop and maintain Dynamic Applications event policies and monitoring templates.
- Configure performance availability capacity and health monitoring for supported infrastructure platforms.
- Tune alerts and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve operational effectiveness.
- Implement event enrichment and monitoring metadata required for downstream integrations.
- Support integration with ServiceNow and Splunk for event forwarding and operational workflows.
- Execute monitoring validation testing and remediation activities during deployment.
- Create operational runbooks support documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide ongoing monitoring optimization and platform support during rollout and stabilization.
