What Youll Do as a Van Driver

• Drive a company van to transport students to and from school safely.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while keeping student safety your top priority.
• Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Communicate positively and professionally with students parents school staff and the BlueCap team.
• Assist students during pick-up and drop-off when needed.
• Maintain accurate trip records including mileage and the number of students transported.

• Qualified: Valid drivers license with a clean five-year driving record and can successfully complete required background checks and drug testing.
• Prepared: Has a working smartphone; prior professional driving experience is preferred but not required and training is provided.
• Professional: Communicates respectfully with students parents school staff and teammates while supporting BlueCaps commitment to safe efficient and compassionate service.

What We Offer Our Van Drivers

• Pay: $19/hour
• Monthly safety and attendance bonus
• Split Schedule: Monday-Friday approximately 6:00-8:30 AM and 1:30-4:00 PM
• Newer 2026-2027 fleet vehicles
• A supportive and fun work environment with a strong culture of safety and training
• The ability to make a daily impact on students lives
