Hello School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K12 school setting in Brighton CO. Youll provide counseling crisis support and social-emotional services while collaborating with school teams and families. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians!

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Support crisis intervention de-escalation and safety planning
• Participate in IEP MTSS and student support team meetings
• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with teachers families and related service providers
• Support student attendance engagement and access to resources
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Connect students and families with community resources
  
  

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)
• Strong communication collaboration and crisis response skills
• School-based experience preferred not required
• Passion for supporting students mental health and well-being
