School Psychologist (2026-2027 School Year)

Were looking for a School Psychologist to support a K8 school district near Lockport Illinois. This is a school-based role with a strong focus on evaluation work and collaboration with school teams.

In this position your work will center on psychoeducational evaluations report writing attending IEP meetings and partnering with educators to support thoughtful special education decisions for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.

This is an evaluation-focused role so there is no counseling or school-wide intervention component.

This role tends to be a great fit for someone who enjoys the evaluation side of school psychology and feels comfortable working closely with school staff in a collaborative way.

• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
• Understanding of special education eligibility and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Masters degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement

New graduate School Psychologists are welcome to apply.

• $60-$75/hour based on experience
