JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing leadership to maintain a safe and effective learning environment that is consistent and supportive of the Districts vision mission and strategic goals. This includes but is not limited to assuming responsibility for all school operations and functions hiring and supervising faculty and staff implementing the alignment of instructional programs with District guidelines fostering learning and professional development and ensuring compliance in all aspects of school functions with federal state local and District regulations.
EDUCATION TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree from an accredited institution in the field of Educational Leadership or related field
- Minimum of three years experience in a school-based administrative role or any combination of equivalent leadership experience that is reviewed and approved by Superintendent Staff
- Must be an approved Pasco Principal Candidate
- Certification as School Principal or Professional School Principal
- Four years experience in a school-based administrative role
