Hello Physical Therapist Assistants! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a school-based setting in Colorado Springs this role youll support students in accessing their educational environment by addressing mobility positioning and functional movement needs. Youll collaborate closely with school teams to help students participate safely and successfully throughout the school is a great opportunity for PTAs looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting while supporting student mobility independence and access to learning.

• Competitive hourly pay (Up to $45/hour)

• W-2 employment with liability insurance included

• Reimbursement for licensure and professional expenses

• Mileage reimbursement between sites (if applicable)

• Supportive and collaborative school-based team environment

• Provide school-based physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Support students with mobility positioning and access to school environments

• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers

• Recommend adaptive equipment positioning supports and environmental modifications

• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Physical Therapy Assistant Degree

• Active CDE Certification

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• School based experience preferred not required
