Your ImpactThe School Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operational functions of the school. This position ensures that the schools non-instructional systems run efficiently allowing educators to focus on teaching and : $47750 - $59450Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Manage daily school operations transportation food services and classroom technology. Manage Excel Academys Nutrition ProgramComplete annual trainings including ServSafe to ensure compliance with state and federal regulationsComplete monthly claims paperwork for the school to be reimbursed for mealsCreate compliance system for school staff related to meal distribution & meal complianceTrain Excel Academy staff on statewide meal compliance Manage Excel Academys Transportation ProgramCreate Excel Academys transportation tracking system Manage transportation change request system with parents and vendor Own arrival and dismissal plan for transportationManage the schools Chromebook inventorySupport with troubleshooting ChromebooksDesign and monitor systems for Chromebooks to be managed in the classroomTrack damage and lossEnsure the accuracy of annual inventory and setup processesContact the schools Chromebook vendor for escalated issues and supportProvide administrative and operational support to ensure the school runs smoothly through project managementOwn school projects statewide testing materials setup for school-wide testingManage the schools printers troubleshoot issues and call the vendor for support with escalated issuesProvide front office coverage Budget and Procurement: Manage procurement processes and oversee vendor as the primary procurement liaison overseeing all purchasing to ensure it is in alignment with the schools procurement policies. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in school operations or a related & English fluency requiredDemonstrated leadership and team management problem-solving abilities and attention to in data management and operational software with Excel Academys mission and commitment to educational equity.
