Job Title : School Nurse LPN 1:1

Schedule : Monday - Friday : School Hours

(with potential for bus rides or after school needs )

Pay : $38 / hour

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in a school this role you will monitor health conditions administer medications and ensure your students safety throughout the school day.

Responsibilities may include G-tube and feeding tube care tracheostomy and ventilator management diabetes care seizure monitoring and other specialized nursing needs.

Qualifications :

• LPN License issued by NYS - Must have 6 months bedside nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to work independently in a school setting
• Communicate with families school staff and healthcare providers

Compensation :

• LPN : $38/hour
• Weekly pay - direct deposit

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion counseling and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required.
