The Opportunity

In this influential leadership role you will partner with the Head of School to translate academic strategy into reality managing a complex portfolio of financial physical and human resources. You will act as a vital bridge between vision and execution ensuring the Schools world-class research and teaching objectives are met through sustainable planning and expert governance.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Resource & Financial Management: Partnering with the School Executive to manage a budget of up to $45 million overseeing complex infrastructure and facilities and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

• Operational Leadership & Change: Leading and implementing significant change initiatives and strategic projects ensuring administrative systems and policies are optimized to support the Schools evolving academic priorities.

• Driving Team Excellence: Providing expert leadership to a team of professional and technical staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective talent management to deliver high-level services across the School.
