Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
• Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
• Create a safe positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers safetyy

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
• For non-certified drivers: Valid drivers license with 3 years experience
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
