Position Overview
Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a school setting. This role provides ABA therapy across both school and center settings offering variety alongside consistency. Youll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum working closely with supervising BCBAs school staff and center teams to implement individualized BIPs support skill development and help students succeed academically socially and behaviorally.
This is an ideal role for compassionate dependable and experienced professionals who want consistent daytime weekday hours with no evenings or weekends and a schedule that follows the school calendar.
WHAT YOULL DO
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision across school and center settings
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each students learning goals
Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers school staff center staff and clinical supervisors
Maintain detailed professional documentation that meets school center and agency standards
Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills
Requirements
- Availability for full school-day hours Monday through Friday (7 AM to 4 PM)
- Active RBT certification required
- Minimum of 1 years of hands-on ABA/RBT experience required
- Bachelors degree in psychology special education or a related field (preferred not required)
- Previous school-based or center-based experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with children especially those with autism or developmental delays
- Reliable transportation to school and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication patience empathy and a passion for helping others
