What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education

• Masters Degree in a mental health field
• Will Consider: Awaiting BBS registration number 90 days after date of hire

Experience

• MHSII - One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be preferred with individuals in residential or outpatient settings.
• MHSIII - Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be preferred with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings.

License or Certification

• MHSII - Current BBS registration as an Associate (AMFT ASW APCC) OR awaiting BBS registration number
• MHSIII - LMFT LPCC or LCSW license in California
• Valid California Drivers License.

NOTE: Must possess a valid California Drivers License and maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to individuals and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement assessment evaluation individual/family/group therapy and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support addition the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.

• Programs:Youth consented program
• Population Served:Works with clients ages 5-18years old.
• Facility & Setting:Mainly school-based services; home community and telehealth.
• Clinical Services:Individual family and group therapyas well as awide variety of mental health issues addressed.
• Skills & Services:Works with different school districts --from Evergreen School District & East Side Union High School District.
