Were hiring a full-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide K12 school-based services for the school year. Whether youre an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant or new to the field youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours/week
Schedule: MondayFriday school hours
Start & End Date: August 2026 - May 2027
Onsite

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
Implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid professional educator license for the State of Idaho
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
